At Cookie you will see your food being cooked in front of you. This is a deliberate choice to bring cooking out into the open.

We use the best Scottish ingredient as our staples. We produce our own olive oil in Umbria and get some of the best Italian hams, cheeses, pulses and other products from farmers and producers we know personally.

So your food will always be seasonal and fresh, often from small local suppliers, farmers and allotment growers.

We bake our bread and cakes daily on the premises.

We import our wines directly from the vineyard. Our Beers are by award Scottish breweries.

Our Coffee is the best Italian roast & our teas are loose leaf and a selection of the highest quality from an independent tea merchant.

We official caterers to the Citizens Theatre and can cater for you too, whatever the event.
